At the Project Flow 2009 conference in San Francisco

This week, I get to spend several days in San Francisco at Realization's Project Flow 2009 conference, where I get to hear about how people are using Concerto (Realization's software) to implement Critical Chain Project Management in a wide variety of settings.

Even better, I will get to chat with a number of other people who are doing Theory of Constraints consulting and work.  It's usually a great learning experience.

If you are at the conference, or if you can steal away for some coffee, I'd love to entertain a cup.
