Chuck Frey points to this great video of Tony Buzan talking about Mind Mapping. Frey summarizes the content of the video nicely, but nothing can beat listening to the master talk, Tony Buzan video on YouTube:
In this 5-minute video clip, Tony clearly explains why mind maps have curved branches, the importance of only placing one word on each branch, and the power and impact of using color and images in your maps. Great stuff!
Now I know I have to pick up either Buzan's book or Frey's guide to mind mapping. If I listen to Buzan's perspective, the mechanics of drawing mind maps goes far beyond writing and linking words to one another. Color, pictures, single words, curves.
