Here are some entertaining comments about knowledge management from today's feeds. I'll probably see another one after I post this. Knowledge management has gone all over the map in terms of it being a buzzword. I even had a simulation company tossing "knowledge management" into the mix as they were trying to sell us more software back in the late 1990's.
Euan Semple: Using phrases like "capture knowledge" and "extract knowledge" is about as inviting as offering to throw your staff into a bare concrete cell and strip search them!
